ASUK are a family business with over 30 years of automotive air conditioning experience. Covering all aspects of this niche industry including the sales and maintenance of automotive air con machines (Refrigerant Management Stations) as used in vehicle workshops and accident repair centres to manage the refrigerant in vehicles.

ASUK offer free technical support for most leading makes of Refrigerant Management Station, we stock many OEM parts.
We have the technical ability and experience to deal with any fault your machine may develop and are confident that once you have used us you will stay with us and trust us to maintain your RMS for many years, we have existing customers who started using us back in 2003.
Many Insurers and dealership auditors will insist on the workshop RMS being serviced/calibrated annually to comply with dealer standards and legislation. Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) states all equipment must be safe to use and maintained regularly, this is the responsibility of the company to ensure the maintenance is completed. We offer free calibration certificates upon completion of the service, our calibration certificates are traceable to national standards and comply with all vehicle manufacturer-approved standards we can even provide PAT Testing.
We service/repair most leading makes of machine including all BMW and Mercedes Benz; and VAS-approved machines such as Waeco 581-001 and Texa 581-003, Robinair, Autoclimate, Bosch, SnapOn, Texa, Beissbarth, Brainbee, Hella Gutmann, Spin, Ecotechnics, Four Seasons, Euromax to name just a few makes of equipment, finance and lease options can also be arranged.
Since 2009 we have completed literally hundreds of F-gas certifications, the Level 3 City & Guilds Automotive 7543 F-Gas qualification can be completed within just a few hours without the need for any home study which suits many customers as typically the technician can return to work quickly without the need to go off-site. All training is completed in a professional yet friendly manner at a pre-arranged time, we are very proud to have a pass rate in excess of 99%
Typically our customers are car, truck, bus, agricultural, plant equipment workshops through to automotive development companies and Accident Repair Centres, MOD and aviation sites, Motor Sport teams and Specialist Vehicle Workshops.
A/C Machine Maintenance.
Automotive Services UK can supply and maintain most makes of air con machine, we are official service partners for many makes of machine.
We have been servicing and repairing Robinair Bosch Beissbarth Tecalemit Tecnotest Autoclimate SnapOn and Ecotechnics machines since 2003 many other machines catered for also.
Upon the satisfactory completion of a service/calibration, a calibration certificate traceable to national standards will be available (UKAS certification on request) We are able to maintain all dealer approved aircon machines such as Waeco, Texa, Ecotechnics, Robinair Brain Bee etc typically found in Mercedes Benz, VAG, BMW, JLR, Renault PSA dealer networks.
Our typical customers range from Vehicle Manufacturers, Agricultural Workshops, Franchised Dealer, Commercial Vehicle, Local Authority workshops and of course independent garages and individuals..
The engineer will have a comprehensive level of spare parts and consumables with them to cover most eventualities thus minimising the chances of a return visit being required, rest assured the job will be done correctly on the first visit with a friendly knowledgeable engineer, PAT Testing of equipment also available if notified in advance.
F-gas Training & Certification
Our on-site automotive 7543 City & Guilds qualification is the most popular F-gas qualification for automotive personnel, as it meets the current legislation and allows individuals who have obtained this qualification to carry out work on vehicles air con system legally and safely. It can be completed easily within a few hours at your place of work or home typically in around 3hrs.
You can either use your own equipment or by arrangement we can bring our own equipment for you to use for the training. We aim to beat any other supplier of this qualification on price, booking flexibility, and industry knowledge.
F-gas training covers legislation, health and safety, correct working practices, working principles, system design and operation.
Unlike many of our competitors, we go through the course handbook with you on the day of the assessment, explaining the course booklet contents in an easy to understand manner, if you are an individual or group with an advanced knowledge of the subject we can explain the contents in greater depth answering any questions raised.
